Sean O’Hara was MORE than helpful with his visit today. He explained everything very clearly of my current situation. Fixed the issues at hand and gave me guidance on how I should continue to maintain my machinery. Did not try to sell me on extra BS and told me the reality of the situation. The whole process was very easy and in my opinion at a VERY reasonable price compared to competitors. HIGHLY recommend! After this one time visit, would be happy to continue doing business long term and setup routine check-ups for years to come. Thanks very much Sila!

Technicians Shawn, Ector M, and Richard G were professional, knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done and completed the job with great attention to detail. Their expertise was evidence as they quickly identified and replaced my heating system, leaving everything running smoothly. I highly recommend Sila heating.

I won’t end up hiring this company. The job is relatively straightforward and small. The estimate was twice that of two other estimates received. Not only that the estimate isn’t broken down into parts and labor for me to see. I’m sure they do great work but as a new homeowner I’d like a little more transparency. I’m adding a photo of the issue (rusted pipe) off a 4 year old boiler. Four stars for Christian because he was respectful, and thorough in providing us a timely estimate.

We are very happy with our new boiler. From the sales team to the knowledge technicians-they made it easy. Our home was left spotless and we had all of questions answered throughout the process. Would definitely recommend and will be using in the future! It’s been a year and system and follow-up has been unmatched. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Freddy our technician took the time to explain and go over everything and we will definitely continue to use Astocio for all plumbing and HVAC needs.

Robert is such a great technician. We have had issues with our system for a couple of years and the prior installer was not able to diagnose anything and would not come out anymore. But Robert came and fixed an easy issue plus provided other solutions to help us during these cold times. Will definitely contact them in the future.

Sila February 2022 I signed up for a program offered by NYS clean heat and Con Edison then you had to use a participating contractor that would come to your home and do a energy assessment to see if your house would benefit I used Sila Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical A salesperson came out to my house (1000 sq ft, no insulation and built in 1885) He assured me without a doubt that if I decommissioned my boiler and removed my radiators that I would save 30% in heating cost and increase my comfort by 30%. They would then install a mini split system run exclusively on electric, I bought the lies hook, line and sinker, my natural gas radiator bill before the system was $450-$500 after the system was installed my electric bill went to $800 and the house is basically cold unless you’re sitting underneath one of the units with hot air blowing on you. February 2025 the 3rd winter with mini splits Hundreds of emails, phone calls and approximately 40 appointments with technicians with no improvement except when they brought over 2 electric heaters for the house They never should have approved my house for this program it was never going to be efficient but they didn’t care they just wanted the $28,000 that they got. Robert was amazing! My boiler is original to my 1953 Mid Century colonial and he knew how to fix my old boiler! Got the service agreement too .
